November 2009 New Home Sales Up

Ottawa new housing starts looking up with a strong November, up 36% from Nov. 2008, helped with the strong resale market and tight pre-owned inventories. Largest growth in new homes was seen in Nepean, with strong postings for Kanata and Cumberland.
